Patient Information

Our patient information guide has been prepared to acquaint you with our services and provide you with useful information during your stay with us.

Patient Portal

Our Patient Portal is an online resource for patients to access personal medical records in a safe, secure & private manner.

Bill Pay

We are happy to provide a convenient online bill payment option for services at Wray Hospital and Clinic.

Hospital admission is arranged by the primary care provider (Doctor, PA, or Nurse Practitioner). You will need to bring your Private Insurance, Medicare or Medicaid card. A consent will be signed to allow the hospital to provide you with proper care and to allow access to you medical information from your insurance provider. All information will remain strictly confidential. Federally mandated HIPAA regulations put restrictions on how patient information is released and handled within the facility.

We encourage all patients to leave any valuables (money, jewelry, etc.) at home or in the care of someone you trust. We cannot be responsible for the loss of valuables kept in a patient’s room.

Patient Rooms & Phones

Patients are provided with private rooms. Each room is equipped with a phone for the patient’s use where local calls can be made and received. Long distance calls may be made collect or a phone card may be purchased at the nurses’ desk. Meal trays for immediate family are available for a minimal fee. Ask the nurse on duty for further information.
