Admissions

Hospital admission is arranged by the primary care provider (Doctor, PA, or Nurse Practitioner). You will need to bring your Private Insurance, Medicare or Medicaid card. A consent will be signed to allow the hospital to provide you with proper care and to allow access to you medical information from your insurance provider. All information will remain strictly confidential. Federally mandated HIPAA regulations put restrictions on how patient information is released and handled within the facility.
